Lead East Imagine hot rods, artist, music and food from the 50's in 2010

Yesterday September 4th I traveled to a show that turned out to be one of the best car show experiences I have ever. I was only there for a short period of time compared to most of the 1800 participants who have been their since the previous Wednesday night and until Sunday at midnight. My short visit was enough for me to mark my 2011 calender as a the place to be. Imagine a show full of hot rods, artist, music, contest, with food and drink galore with a 1950's theme.They even had classes to teach you how to dress like the 50's

We arrived around 10:30AM. the line was long to get in, but later that day around 2PM the line I passed by the line which was now maybe 1000 people strong. I meet several artist including Jeff Strong and Bob Petillo. Both have amazing work. Jeff focuses on Photography and the creation of show cards. Bob is a painter who focus on "Reflections of America," in which he paints hot rods that will blow your mind. Even though it was a short visit, I did manage to capture the event with over 800 photographs.

I will be loading them up to either Flicker or Photobucket as soon as I can this week. I will load them in batches so keep checking back to see more of the event.
